How do I place my order?

It’s really easy. You simply select the items you want from our menu. When you’re done, check out and proceed to make your payment. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

Can I change my order after I have submitted and paid?

You cannot change your order after payment has been made.

Can I cancel or postpone my order?

You cannot cancel or postpone your order after payment has been made.

Is there a minimum order?
|
There is a minimum order of S$70.
|
|
Is the delivery service available 7 days a week?
|
The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sunday and public holidays.

What are your delivery hours?
|
We deliver to city areas from 10am - 2pm. Delivery to all other areas is from 12noon - 4pm.
|
|
Can I expect delivery on the same day?
|
No, kindly allow 1 day for delivery from the day payment is made.
|
|
Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
|
There is no delivery charge for orders S$100 & above. For orders between S$70-S$100 there is a delivery charge of S$10.
|
|
Can I pay by cash upon delivery?
|
We do not accept cash payment. Payment is only by credit card or PayPal.
|
|
Do you deliver to all areas?
|
We deliver to all areas in Singapore except Jurong Island.
|
|
What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
|
If there is no one in to receive the order, we will make another delivery but there will be a re-delivery fee of $10.00. It is best to ensure there is someone in to receive your order during the delivery slot.

Can I appoint someone to receive my order?

|
KKF dim sum is halal.
