Our company vision is to become an International Dim Sum Manufacturer. KKF Pte Ltd was founded to meet the increasing demand for Halal Certified Dim Sum in the market. We have attained the Halal Certification from MUIS Singapore in 2009.

OUR AIM

KKF aims to provide Halal Dim Sum to the Muslim community including customers from Middle East and neighbouring countries. In addition, to also provide customer satisfaction through high product quality assurance, regular supply and optimum cost effectiveness. This is achieved by working with a comprehensive supply network, continual investment in product development and improvement, and our continual efforts to build stronger relationships with our customers.

OUR HISTORY

Our company often had requests from clients to supply food that met Halal Certification as their restaurants were aiming for it. Another push factor was how Singapore, being a favourite among tourists was attracting Muslim tourists who wanted to try Dim Sum, but were unable to do so.

The competitiveness of the Dim Sum market has spawned many new creations, giving the traditional and modern concept dim sum to many prestigious happy customers. Through the following years of steady growth and popular demand of Dim Sum, KKF now supplies a wide range of quality products in keeping up with the changing taste and demands of more sophisticated consumers. We are continuously working to develop exciting and appetizing menu ideas that feature on-trend flavours and simplified preparation, which translate to profitable hits for customers.

To ensure that the taste of Dim Sum was still authentic, we made sure the taste was still appealing even for Non-Halal customers, with clever modifications of the recipes. One example would be our Siew Mai, where chicken is used.
